Amazing resource for personal growth

I love this podcast! Sam does a great job of distilling personal development concepts and explaining how to implement them in your own life. She truly practices the concepts she teaches. I take away valuable insights from every episode. The personal growth update episodes are amazing for hearing what personal development really feels like. Anyone struggling with goal-setting, procrastination or self-doubt should check out this podcast.

Please stop laughing throughout your podcast

This podcast is difficult to listen to because podcaster keeps laughing during podcast. In my opinion, it is either a lack of self confidence, or just a bad habit. I can’t listen any more.
