Along the way, you’ll hear about the publication process from editors at Cell Press, Neuron, and JNeurosci. They talk about what they look for when evaluating studies, what happens when reviewers don’t agree, and how to deal with negative reviews, and other useful advice.

Please improve

I think (and hope) this is the first attempt by SfN at creating a worthwhile podcast on iTunes. Keeping that in mind, it's not bad, and I applaud SfN for finally stepping into this environment. However, please implement the following two suggestions before recording anything further:

1. Get a better mic. Sound quality is terrible. Please don't do another episode sounding like that.
2. Change the music or shorten it tremendously. The intro/exit music is awful.

Thank you for taking these basic production suggestions into consideration!
