3 Key Points of this episode:
Pink Slime is a construct that affects all womxn, one that encourages us to doubt ourselves and tear each other down. We have to take ownership, stand up individually and together to fight this epidemic. Womxn who are more comfortable with male friends have usually experienced severe bouts of Pink Slime from other womxn. It’s easier to hang around the guys because they’re less petty, catty, dramatic and backstabbing. But this creates the problem that is not having strong female connections. In the world of Femmefluence it's our responsibility to lift up another womxn, and that it's our job to open up the playing field for any womxn who doesn't have the same privilege or opportunity then it’s their job to put the work in.
