She cured my depression!

Thank you so much Lizzie for this Podcast!! You helped me realize so much when I was falling into postpartum depression. I knew something was wrong I felt like I lost my identity after a few weeks of having my daughter. So on a limb and looked up postpartum podcast! Hers was the first I tapped on after looking through a few of the first ones & she instantly grabbed my attention with her intelligent knowledge! I started sleep less & started to “move my body” listening to my thoughts! & I swear that helped Perk up my days! Was my early morning stroller walks! Thank you Liz so so much! You’ve made me feel like me again

In 2018, I had my first child and like many women, I had postpartum depression and anxiety. I had a friend who was expecting and told her, if she ever found herself feeling depressed, or just in a really dark place postpartum, that I totally understood and that I would be there for her. After she delivered, she called me and said she was struggling. I talked with her often, sent her any resource I had found helpful, and looked for podcasts to send to her. I found a few podcasts that would have 1 episode that briefly discussed PPD…but then I found the Postpartum Coach Podcast, where postpartum and issues often triggered by postpartum are the main topic. I started listening and felt like Lizzie already knew my story and my struggles. Her episodes spoke to me so deeply in such specific areas of my motherhood and she encouraged my weary mama heart. In searching for something to help my friend, I found something for me and realized that there are areas from my postpartum that I’m still healing from. I’m so grateful to have found this resource where the content is that focused and targeted. I’m so thankful for the work you do, Lizzie ❤️

Helping me find balance

I have struggled since having kids and then with fertility to feel myself. Learning to find balance and having some tools to help me has been one of the most important things and Lizzie’s podcast and coaching has helped me immensely.
