    She is the Director of Engagement for P.R.I.D.E. (Positive Racial Identity Development in Early Education). P.R.I.D.E. is a multifaceted approach to helping young African American children aged 3-8, understand and embrace their race, ethnicity, heritage and culture with dignity and love. Medina is responsible for raising awareness, developing strategic community partnerships, and primarily oversee our arts-based strategy (PRIDE Pop Up Mini Arts Festivals), and the Parent Village.
