The purpose of this podcast is to give you a glimpse into what makes some of Minnesota's entrepreneurs and leaders tick. My goal is that these stories will make you think about how a paradigm shift in mindset can have a profound impact on your life and the lives around you.
We'll also wrap in some fun at the end of every episode with 9 Questions. Our guests will be completely unprepared for these interesting, random topics and we'll get a greater insight into how awesome they are!

Episode Seventy-One: The Lifestyle Entrepreneur
Mike Jones, an EOS Worldwide Implementer and Co-Founder of Alchemy 365, joins podcast host and Coalition9 Founder Aaron Eggert on this episode of The Power of Nine Podcast!
Aaron and Mike discuss Mike’s journey from growing up in Virginia in a Marine Corps family to getting a liberal arts education but ultimately going to officer candidate school and starting his service in the Marines right after 9/11.
From there, he went on to get his MBA, worked at 3M, started CrossFit St. Paul–the first CrossFit gym in the Twin Cities–and then Alchemy 365, which bridges the fitness gap with the most effective forms of yoga, strength, and cardiovascular training. Now, as an EOS Implementer, Mike blends wellness and entrepreneurship to guide founders and business leaders to achieve breakthrough growth.
They also talk about the effects of mindfulness meditation, why it took so long for lacrosse to become popular in the Upper Midwest, and Mike’s love of EDM and raves.

Episode Sixty-Nine: Trailblazing a Path for Women in Technology
Eliassen Group RVP Kelli Schnieder joins podcast host and Coalition9 Founder Aaron Eggert on this week's episode of The Power of Nine Podcast.
Kelli is a trailblazer in creating a path for women in business technology, specifically IT, where she has spent her entire career. Her IT journey started as early as third grade when her uncle gave her a Commodore 64 computer and she started doing basic coding.
With divorced parents living in different states, Kelli and her younger sister started flying on their own when Kelli was 10 years old, sparking a lifelong love of travel and an independent streak.
After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Kelli excelled in various IT consulting roles, eventually leading her to SafeNet Consulting. She describes the process of preparing the company for potential sale and the exciting expansion that has come after it was acquired by Eliassen Group.
