New to Stoic studies

I am new to these Stoic studies, or I suppose habits and/or lifestyles. I feel myself in a rut most of the time due to battling a mental illness so I tend to always try to find things to improve my outlook on life. I’m addicted to self help and always trying to make myself better. And from what I have heard, that’s part of stoicism. So I’m already part of the way there! Hearing the narrator speak about lessons and passing advice is great. I unfortunately can’t listen to any podcasts before #22 but it’s where I started! I’ve learned a lot and have become more grateful. My days are starting out better and they are continuing to get better as the days go on. Thank you for everything you do and don’t stop!

Ps. Sorry for the long halfway pointless review.

Really mad guy ,

Excellent

Excellent podcast for those new or expierenced with stoic teachings. The narrator is very well spoken and offers great advice to all who will listen. My favorite episode is one of Simon's earlier episodes: #6. His advice to write your own philosophy and goals is very insightful and helpful.
Thanks Brother!
