digging in and really discovering what YOU do best
celebrating the specifics that cause you to truly shine
dropping the need to compare yourself to other auditioners

Love this podcast!
Listened to the Marla Diann interview Knowing What You Are Worth and Getting It. It was great. And one thing Marla said really resonated with me was that we get paid for our purpose and not our time. Love that. Thanks, Molly and Marla!
