I came for the COUGS...

And stayed for the Zags. I’m a native son of the Palouse, born in Moscow when my dad was Sports Information Director at Idaho. I think he was among the architects of the original Big Sky Conference in the early 1960s. He took me to my first basketball game, Gonzaga at Idaho. For a little boy, it was LOUD and the very name “Gonzaga” struck fear. We moved away but I returned for college at WSU. I live in Norman, OK, a great college sports town, and I commute daily to work in Oklahoma City. Whenever the Press Box Podcast is talking about the COUGS or Zags, I’m listening via my phone, which talks to my car. It’s a miracle. Larry Weir has such a nice broadcasting presence. He practically brought me to tears talking about Bob Robertson. This is too long but I just want you to know you’re reaching people out here. Also, I recently took the New York Times Regional Dialect Test. Despite living in Oklahoma for nearly 36 years, I tested positive for “Spokane!” I’m certain that’s one reason I love the PBP! -Tim Hartley WSU 1983 Norman, OK
Karr

Why bother with Karr, he’s an employee and flack for GU? Hardly an objective view, he poo poohed the dreadful turnovers vs Duke and T-ton, parroting Few’s alibis.
Dear KHQ,

Hayley Guenthner is such a strong news presence. She seems to be a regular Walter Cronkite. Keep up the good work Haley! Can you read? New news segment: “Get Help Hayley” -Les Couchon- 💄🐷🍒👠
Fix the audio
09/11/2019
The audio from guests is inconsistent. Especially Collingwood from the Spokesman. He’s muffled and at a volume level of 3 compared to the host at 8 and easy to understand.
