Just found out today
I just found this podcast today and i love great work y’all
Podcast
Very good podcast lots of knowledge shared!
Excellent Topics
Just started listening and the Liberty Mayday was really insightful about how alarm activations lead to complacencies and we’ve all been guilty of skipping them or responding to them with the thought that it’s just another false alarm when we really should have the mindset when responding that its the real thing, better to be mentally prepared for the real thing and downgrade your mind if it’s false then to have it the other way around.
Another really good topic was solutions leadership vs problem leadership. Definitely want to be the presence of solution oriented leaders. Keep up the good work Kara and Brian.
