Content Boundaries: What Are They & Why?
"I have boundaries." This is the mantra of today's episode. You'll see why when you get into the juicy details around boundaries, but this could be the missing link if you struggle to get content published consistently.

Let me share with you my secrets to avoiding feeling overwhelmed, cautionary tales from the beginning of my journey (with zero boundaries!), and how to create a "boundaries filter" that all of your decisions pass through.

Podcast Editing with Descript, Question from the Community
We're back with another listener-submitted question from the community today! Amy Connell from the Graced Health Podcast submitted a question about editing her podcast in Descript.
If you're unfamiliar with the platform, Descript is a tool that allows you to upload an audio or video file, and you can edit the transcript of the file like a document. When you delete an "um" or other filler words from the text, that part of the audio is stripped out too.
In this episode, I'm sharing tips with Amy on editing her podcast in Descript and a few cautionary tales about over-editing an episode. It's great if you're thinking about trying Descript or want to know how the platform works!
