Episode #3 Featuring Kate Snow
In our interview with Kate Snow, NBC News correspondent and Sunday NBC Nightly News anchor, she opens up about living in the spotlight, raising two kids, and the importance of disconnecting. Her passion is reporting out on the mental health stories no one is talking about, like the opioid crisis, suicide, therapy and more.
Episode #2 Featuring Dr. Arthur Evans
Dr. Arthur C. Evans, Jr., chief executive officer and executive vice president of the American Psychological Association, addresses barriers and the work that is being done behind the scenes on population health, early intervention and comparable spend in mental health as physical health. Understanding racially motivated speech and disparities, and the way they impact mental health, is extremely timely, and important for creating the future of mental health.
Episode #1 Featuring Josh Groban
Josh Groban, multi-platinum, award winning singer/songwriter, shares his personal experience with anxiety and an attention deficit disorder. Josh shares how the arts have always been an avenue for him to find balance, and why he is so passionate about the link between musical education and mental health. In order to create a future of mental health where youth are raised to embrace their wellbeing, we need systemic change to make arts education a priority, allowing adolescents the opportunity to manage mental health through creative expression. Learn about the work Josh is doing through Find Your Light Foundation at FYLF.org.

Very eye opening!
Very Thought Provoking
I’ve learned so much just from the three episodes—about the Kennedy family, about Psych Hub, about art as a form of self-care, about population health and social determinants of health. As someone that used to work in healthcare, there were so many things about the delivery model that I didn’t realize weren’t fully developed in mental health as they are in physical health. Can’t wait to listen to more!
