Diseases - We all get ‘em. Let’s learn about them!
This is a fantastic new podcast! The episodes are topical, educational, socially-conscious, and delightfully humorous. Epidemiology is the study of diseases in populations. The medical info is presented clearly, but more importantly, there is ample emphasis on the effects of disease on people and communities. This is a great listen for public health professionals and laypeople who could get diseases-which is all of us!
Stephanie does a great job ladysplaining the topic so that it’s an excellent balance between expert and layperson content. She presents evidence rather than opinion. It’s educational and interesting and I can’t wait for the next episode!
