Best of the best!

My favorite podcast to listen to while walking, I always look forward to the new episodes! To know the PWR team is to love them, everything they do is for the good of their members and the community. This podcast is so educational, I’ve listened to several of the episodes more than once and have found new takeaways out of each listen. They’re fully transparent and their willingness to help everyone and offer their support is made clear through the podcast and especially in person at the gym location. Love this podcast and these people! 10/10

Real life Wonder Woman

I joined Hiit with Britt Spring 2017 as my first gym post back surgery 7 months prior but sadly moved for a teaching job by that fall. (Not sad about the job, sad about loving the Hiit community and leaving it after only a few months). Wish I had something similar down by me but there is no other gym like this. I stalk you all on IG and I’m grateful you came out with this podcast because I listen to every single episode! Love hearing about your transformation and advice. You are all Wonder Woman! Keep grinding.
