Life Changing Queen

I began working with Jessica personally a few months ago. However, I have been listening to her podcast and following her on social media for some time and the coolest part of it all is we are neighbors haha!!! Each episode I have listened to, I have been able to take something away from it. Today I listened to the most recent episode which was a replay from a previous one. I literally felt like I was listening to myself and my story. The lies, binges, restrictions, all led me to a ten-year battle with an eating disorder. I promise you if you’re on the fence of working with a coach or hesitate..DO IT. Yes, you can learn so much from the information Jessica shares on her podcast but step into her world. She will change your life in ways you did not even know needed change. Thank you Queen for a wonderful episode and if this episode resonates with you, I highly recommend the Ten-Day Love Your Body Bootcamp!!!!!
