Misshaped vintage quilt blocks

In the episode Raised by a maker, Could those blocks be part of an Apple core quilt?

Face masks

I read that the interfacing for the face masks has to be non woven interfacing because it is a tighter weave than regular interfacing and it is getting hard to find if at all enjoy your podcast stay well and safe. Janet K
