In the first content episode, we are going straight for it and discussing trauma. Not to mention, in the midst of this pandemic and racial climate, it was important to start off with this. Traumas have a great way of helping us walk away from who we are authentically and is usually the foundation to why we feel displaced.By the end of the episode it is hoped that you can define what trauma is, know the different types of traumas, how it effects the body holistically and possible techniques that can be used to dealing and resolving our past and/or recent traumas.
