I Struggle with figuring out the mini goals, breaking it down into weekly doable things. Start the outline but then get overwhelmed & distract myself away from it.

Brionna always has great guests. They are open minded and love psychology as much as she does. If you enjoy learning about what makes people tick then this is a fantastic podcast. The openness of everyone is refreshing and helps to understand where they truly are. Doesn’t seem played out at all and they seem present. Can’t recommend this podcast enough.
