Brad Sumrok exposed as charlatan

Wall Street Journal article May 23, 2022 exposes frequent guest Brad Sumrok AKA “APT KING” as a charlatan.

Reflects badly on a otherwise informative show. The Real Estate Guys should be more careful who they associate with peddling bad investment.

Dooms Day Preppers

I used to enjoy listening to this podcast. Robert and Russell have morphed into Dooms day peppers. They used to give non bias info but constantly bring on old kooks saying how America is terrible.

They are trying to use scare tactics to keep them and their guest pockets full. I’m sure they will have a canning episode, a candle making show and a bunker prep 101 summit at sea in the near future.

They should take their own advice and flee America, go live on a coffee farm maintained by local poor people.
