Episode 8 - Mick Breen
Mick Breen is soft tissue therapist, personal trainer, and movement coach. Mick practices out Melbourne Soft Tissue in Australia. In this episode Mick and I discuss how he has taken his injury history and has used it to develop his philosophy to help others reduce their risk for injury. We also discuss our experience with the Foot Collective's foot nerd program, and discuss our barefoot journey and why we think it is important for better movement.
Episode 7 - Mitch Harbaugh
Mitch Harbaugh is a level 3 CrossFit coach (CF-L3) and operates Sweet Lifestyle Coaching. Mitch and I are both Foot Nerds through the Foot Collective program and it is how we connected. In this episode we talk about Mitch's journey as a CrossFit coach and into his new adventure of lifestyle coaching. He has great perspective on fitness and coaching and how to incorporate the 5 pillars of health. Mitch and I share a lot of the same philosophies in training and coaching, and have a great back and forth about helping people achieve health and performance goals.

Matt Berenc is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a movement expert. He has just started a new online training and education platform to help people empower themselves in thier fitness journey. Matt and I discuss his 6 steps to developing a efficient and effective workout. It is a concept he has designed to help busy individuals find time to train. We also have a discussion about training barefoot and how movement can improve by being barefoot and actually feeling the movement. I really enjoyed my converstation with Matt, and I think everyone will find some useful infomation in this episode.

Evan Eichler is the creator of the Eastern Shore Performance Center in Maryland. Evan is one of the most energetic and entertaining people I know. He has a great passion for human performance and he really exemplifies this during our conversation. Evan works with tactical and sport athlete's at his ESPC, and he speaks about his experience in this episode.
