Real Talk: To Stress or Not to Stress About Random Symptoms
In this Real Talk episode, we have another conversation about whether an experience is something everyone goes through at one time or another or if it's mostly a Spoonie thing. We all have weird stuff that happens to our bodies, but when do you need to be seeking medical care for those symptoms? We share our own experiences and our thoughts on the matter.

Hiding your chronic illness from the world
In this episode, Cassie and Chelsea discuss what it's like to feel the need or desire to hide your illness and keep it yourself- which is a big contrast to how Cassie in particular usually talks about her illness. As the 'Real Life Show' we try to share our lives and experiences in real time, and this topic is a big issue in Cassie's life right now... listen towards the end in particular to see the ripple effect this has had throughout every aspect of life. As always, connect with us on Instagram and send us a message telling us about your experience :)

This podcast is a life-giving resource
I’ve only listened to a couple episodes and i already feel like I’m sitting at home with a couple of dear friends who know EXACTLY how i feel, and how to help me live the best life I can as a person with several chronic illnesses. There seems to be so few resources out there for community, encouragement and assistance for Spoonies. It’s such a relief to finally find an understanding resource in Cassie and Chelsea. Can’t wait to hear more from them!!
Beautiful people! Beautiful podcast!
Listening to Chelsea and Cassie is like hanging out with your best friends! They chat about all things chronic illness and break some of the more intense sides of living with a chronic illness down to be more digestible for others. I really appreciate their laidback vibe, and also their research behind each guest and topic. So informative and so fun to listen to each week! Love you girls Xoxo
My Favorite Podcast!
