- my intention when I started my business 4 years ago
- how, in the persuit of freedom, I created another prison for myself
- the lowest point last year, where I felt like "the clothes of my life don't fit anymore"
- where I lost my nature / essence in the process and how my inner child was rebelling
- why I really decided to stop coaching and holding space
- what nature taught me in 2022
