327: Empowerment Through Sex and Sex Work w/Austenne AKA Sovereign Cheetah
This week, Julianne coaches Austenne on working through feelings of shame surrounding sexual empowerment. Austenne is studying to become a sex coach and doing online sex work, an empowering experience for which her family has slut shamed her.
Austenne wants to empower herself and other women, but first she needs to move through her own barriers, including setting family boundaries. Julianne helps her embody Sovereign Cheetah–her OnlyFans persona and a side of her looking for empowerment and destigmatization.
Julianne helps Austenne figure out what boundaries to set and how as well as walking her through exercises to push past shame.

326: How to Feel Safe and Seen in Your Body w/Tamara
In this week’s coaching call, Julianne holds space for Tamara to be seen, and feel safe doing so. She leads Tamara through exercises feeling her fear and opening up by letting her body lead. They move through her fear, and identify how her fear moves through her body.
Julianne and Tamara find the other emotions connected to fear and abuse that are holding Tamara back. Shame going all the way back to Tamara’s childhood comes through, thus far preventing her from truly stepping into her power, unfortunately reinforced by many traumatic and abusive instances in her life. Julianne helps her work through unwelcome feelings to get to the source.
Tamara walks away knowing she can feed her safety instead of her fear, and with new tools to integrate her shame so it doesn’t surprise her in unwelcome ways.

325: Speaking Your Desires w/Om
In today’s coaching call, Julianne helps Om get comfortable with asserting her desires and embracing her bigness–in and outside of the bedroom. Julianne leads Om through exercises identifying where her anxiety and fear lives in her body, as well as simulating experiences of Om asking for what she wants.
Together, they work through Om’s somatic blueprint types and traits, addressing the superpowers and the shadows of each. Julianne provides tools to utilize your blueprint to its (and your) fullest potential, and see where its shadow side might be holding you back.

324: Make Your Own Safe Space w/Natty
In today’s coaching call, Julianne helps Natty find her identity outside of being a wife and mother and address some traumatic events that have kept her stuck and affected her relationship with her husband. Natty wants to accept things as they are and become more emotionally, physically, and spiritually healthy.
Natty doesn’t have consistency in her mindset and motivation, and this is one of her biggest blocks. Julianne helps her identify that this inconsistency comes from self-regulation, and that regulating self will be one of Natty’s biggest tools. She feels like she’s constantly in fight or flight mode because that’s where she feels comfortable. Julianne invites her into celebration and acceptance of how dedicated her body is to protecting her.
Julianne celebrates and holds space for Natty. She's able to feel and process her anger, and learn to create a safe space for herself. Julianne suggests that in this case it might be necessary to have a conversation with the people who have hurt Natty, as they're people she loves and she deserevs to take up space and be heard.

323: Tracking Your Progress In Ways That Matter
In this week’s episode, Julianne explains how you can shift your progress trackers to get a better idea of how far you’ve come in a way that encourages you and shows your growth. Your progress doesn’t have to fit a societal standard.
Julianne takes us through an example of identifying your progress when it comes to feeling, big deep emotions. She reminds us that we can’t expect ourselves not to have triggers, so our progress tracker here needs to be realistic and allow the messiness of our human experience. How do you hold and nurture yourself through negative emotions and experiences?

322: Embracing Feminine Flow and Creativity w/Julia
In today’s coaching call, Julia feels as if she’s stuck. She questions her career change and feels cut off from her intuition, wondering if the universe has her back. Julianne helps her identify the issue at the core: balance between her masculine and her feminine.
Julia is embarrassed by her disconnection from feminine creativity. She feels she can’t put energy into creative tasks unless they have a specific purpose, or they fulfill a responsibility. Julianne helps her breathe into her feelings of discomfort and uncertainty. She guides Julia to letting go of control and getting into her body.
Julianne identifies Julia’s desire for freedom and play, and leads her through an embodiment practice to let her body participate in her life. She holds space for Julia as she processes feelings of fear and begins her shift from masculine to feminine energy.
