Long time listener. This show was at its best when there were three hosts that discussed their day to day and how they were approaching their own rentals. Great banter and amazing information. That made this show unique and great.

Now it’s stale. Interviews with someone trying to sell something every episode are boring. Bigger Pockets has that covered.

Amazing info and great podcasters

This was such a great episode, thank you James and Roofstock for this episode. Real estate is so wild and fun right now, it’s helpful and entertaining to here these guys talk about it locally here in seattle Washington.

The host, Michael, does a great job asking powerful questions that draw out the most important wisdom from his guests on everything from investing in real estate to actionable insights for growing your wealth and your self.

Michael and the rootstock Team do a first class job of attracting the right guest on remote investing. He asks the questions that have the highest impact for the listener and help you to move forward. Michael has a unique style and blend of entertainment and education which is helpful for all. Must listen to podcast!!!
