I’ve been (1) interested in wellness and taking great care of my body for pretty much my whole life and (2) a long time podcast listener and so imagine my delight at finding this show!!! I was initially reluctant to listen as I thought it would be all about fasting (which apparently, I had messed up ideas about so thx for straightening me out Dr Pelz!) and yet, this show is about so much more than that!! I’m so deeply grateful- as a woman, as a woman who leads and supports women in the mental health coaching area and as a podcaster myself. A massive HOORAY!!! Thanks 🙏🏽 Susie Pettit

I have been listening to podcast for years, but did not know how to make a review. Because I love this podcast so much I actually went to learn how to rate and review. Dr. Mindy‘s podcast is so informative and uplifting for women of all ages and where they are in their health cycle, whether they are omnivores or strictly plant-based eaters. I can’t say enough wonderful things about all of the podcast of hers that I have listened tosince I just discovered her recently. I’ve already shared some of her podcasts with friends and family, and encourage them to listen and learn. Thank you, Dr. Mindy!
Flax/pumpkin then Sesame/Sunflower

Seed cycling episode: In my case, perimenopause is relevant, but I have a teenage daughter (and younger daughters who will start their menstrual cycle in a few years). What a terrific time to learn through this multi-generational conversation. Bear with me as I express how warmly I was privileged to FEEL as I attended “class.” It was like I got invited to tea at the neighbor’s kitchen table and some reliable older sibling was watching all the kids (so they were safe and playing while we had another awesome “reset” together). I had already been incorporating freshly ground flax meal as a source of Omega 3 and fiber. Listening to the episode gave me specific and easily applicable advice. It supports my continuance with that practice (of using flax), making it that much more intellectually satisfying to do so. Also, I have the option of purchasing a product carefully sourced for the issues relevant to me and our daughter. Dr. Pelz’ podcast and books are worth the investment of time and cost, when applicable. Why not bank on creating cognitive dissonance with whatever drives your bad habits by learning what you can from trustworthy sources? Don’t assume life is all about your body and physical health, but don’t neglect the chance to be a steward of them either!

Thank you Dr Mindy for speaking truth in a world where wrong is right and good is bad. You were the one who opened my eyes about my feminine hormones and how God has created this amazing body that can heal. Keep it up, please!!!
