Falcon Chambers is proud to present The Residential Revolution, a new podcast series examining the significant legislative developments that have reshaped the residential landlord and tenant landscape in recent years.

Over the course of 11 episodes, we will guide you through this period of substantial reform, with particular focus on the Building Safety Act 2022, the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024, the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, and the Draft Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill. Each episode is hosted by two members of Falcon Chambers who are expert practitioners in the field.

In this second episode, All Right(s) for Renters?, Daniel Black and Richard Miller focus on the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, and in particular the death of the AST and the introduction of landlord redress schemes and the private rented sector database.
