Commuting has not often been that interesting

I have enjoyed every episode of Chris' podcasts so far. He presents the topics in an interesting, competent way. I find food for thought and a lot of the things Chris talks about, stay with me for a while. I also enjoy that the episodes are succinct and about long enough for my commute to work. It is truly an art to explain one's ideas and thoughts or even concepts in a short, yet understandable manner.

Thoughtful and Meaningful

I have listened to the first six episodes of the Resilient Self Podcast. I appreciate that each topic is thoughtfully prepared and presented. They have been packed full of meaningful points to consider, and I appreciate that with each episode, Chris cites additional material for further exploration of the topics presented. I am looking forward to hearing the rest of this series.

My New Favorite Driving Companion

I am through Episode 8 so far and have enjoyed every one. Like Chris, I am an LPC and I have found the information that he provides to be helpful both personally and professionally. Chris is an effective communicator who is able to present this important information concisely and in a way that listeners who are not already familiar with the field of mental health and wellness can makes sense of it. Lack of time is one of the reasons that I don't listen more often to the podcasts that interest me. I love that most of these episodes are in the range of 20-25 minutes duration. I am in my car a lot and can often listen to a complete podcast on my way to/from work.
