Phenomenal Speaker/Teacher

I started as one of Michael's tenants about 4 years ago and enjoyed working with him. He was very helpful and supportive wanting us to succeed. Unfortunately, there were several things in the lease that I didn't understand, other items that I didn't know about or consider, and still more that I should have amended. He was always open and honest, so as my interest in owning a restaurant and developing real estate grew he was the first person I thought of. I now have the privilege of being one of his students/partners and he treats me the same as a tenant, as a student, as a partner. Decades of experience broken down into such easy to digest lessons. This is for the very beginner—like me—to the experts he works with daily. You will not be disappointed.
