All Inclusive

This is an awesome group and I am so thankful for Liz and her inclusiveness. I moved to North Carolina a few years ago and didn’t know anyone, I struggled to get through my first few seasons living in a new place. When I met Liz that changed dramatically. I started kayaking more, hiking more, and yes I finally got my first mountain bike! :) Being a part of this group helped me get outside more and do what I love but most importantly it has made me feel included and engaged in the community.

I think a lot of us can relate to Liz’s story. Girls/women can be mean. The Ride Life is a fantastic group of women who share so much about life (and riding bikes of course) in a very positive and inclusive way. A great group if you love to ride and share!!!
