Excellent advice!!

New listening to this podcast for awhile and finally joined the Ride Life Team and subscribed to Climb Crushers training plan. I love that none of this focuses on what our bodies look like, but instead on what our bodies can do on the bike! So refreshing compared to other plans I’ve tried. I also love that it’s women specific as we really do need to do different things than men mtb riders. I am quad dominant and these suggestions are really helping me focus on core and glutes and already noticing less lower back pain. Hoping to see the gains when riding season starts this spring!

Really timely info! I’ll pay more attention to my posterior pelvic tilt the next time I do bridges. Is this movement also beneficial when doing clamshells?
