These should be called The Fred Andrews Show

These should be called The Fred Andrews Show, he's the star. I never knew a father that yelled so much. Poor Archie, these are great shows.

Good but beware

Fred Andrews comes off as The Worst Father In America. He never talks or allows others to explain. He just complains and blusters and bickers. Of course that's the source of the humor, the many mix-ups and misunderstandings that form the bulk of the plots. But even at the end of the episode, when Fred has reaped what he sowed, he never learns.

Good show!

I'm a big fan of old-time radio shows. The Archie Andrews Show is one of my favorite old comedies, but it's been difficult to find all of them -- much less one place where they're all gathered together. I'm loving this show each week. Thanks Jonathan!
