Hey, this is Alex from Rockstaff. I want to tell you about a new podcast that I’m working on for the geoscience community.

Each episode, I’ll be featuring a senior leader from a geoscience-focussed business who will be talking about the steps they’ve taken in their careers, and the insights they’ve picked up along the way. We’ll also talk about current industry trends or challenges, and what they look for and value in the people they hire for their business.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m a geoscience graduate, experienced geoscience recruiter and the founder of Rockstaff Limited.

In the last 4 years, I’ve been interviewing, recruiting and advising geoprofessionals on behalf of some of the most prestigious companies. And now you get to listen to some of the people at the top.

Now, I’m not a podcaster by trade, and the Rockstaff Podcast isn’t my full-time job, but it is part of my effort to provide more value to our community, and I hope the idea evolves over time.

So,  whether you’re just starting your career, looking for the next step, or you’re just curious about how your peers have made it to the top, I think you’ll appreciate having the opportunity to hear what these leaders have to say about the keys to their success. You’ll also get the chance to hear insights about what it’s like to work at these companies, and the career opportunities they could offer you.
