He is Head of Research at the Team Coaching Studio and is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes University in the UK.

Michelle Chambers, M.Ed, CSODP,CHRL,CTDP, CTPC is a Global Executive Team & Leadership Coach; Culture & Strategy Advisor - Organization Development Consultant - Author - Speaker, ICF Prism Award Chief People. She is Culture & Strategy Officer at Chambers & Associates & Teams Matter and a Global Certified Team Performance Coach & Senior Faculty Member Team for  Coaching International.
