16 episodes

Will Ferrell reprises his role as Ron Burgundy in his brand new Ron Burgundy Podcast! Each episode has a different theme in which Ron engages in conversation with another notable person on the topic at hand. In true Ron Burgundy fashion, these conversations have a tendency to go off the rails, and we find out things about people we never knew we wanted to know.

In Season 1, Ron addresses important issues like bullying and the mind-expanding nature of meditation, and attempts to ultimately answer the question “seriously, what is a podcast?”

Love it!

I've literally laughed out loud multiple times, which is rare for me! This podcast is great to listen to on the way home after a stressful day at work. My only complaint is the major difference in the volume level between Ron and everybody else. Otherwise, great job!

Why

I’m a huge fan of the Anchorman movies and when I saw this podcast, I was so excited, but then I listened to the first episode. It seemed a little forced, but I continued to listen. Fast forward to the end of season 1, it’s still forced, the jokes just don’t land, the jokes attempted are just insults rebounded off his cohost. It’s a mess. I was really looking forward to this show, and I might give it another chance sometime, but this is not the Ron Burgundy we all know and love. It’s also strange to me that most of the reviews seem botted or formulated and spammed to make the show look good. I just wonder how this show came to be, it seems like a studio was trying to force him to make this and not because it was something he was passionate about doing. It just doesn’t flow and comes off as cringy and long winded. I hope they see some of these reviews and improve on it, because I really had high hopes for this... :(
