Toxic Habit #4: You Don’t Take Time Off. Or if you do, you feel guilty about it.
MANTRA: Rest is productive.
Toxic Habit #5: You Don’t Set and Commit to Deadlines
MANTRA: I trust myself to commit to living my best life.
