Aliphine Tuliamuk: Anybody Can Be A Role Model

Aliphine Tuliamuk may have won the US Olympic Marathon Trials earlier this year, but it is her big heart that has gathered attention. There are few runners in the elite world who give, care, and love the way Aliphine does. This conversation was a way to get to know a woman who is from Kenya with very little, and ultimately, proving herself as one of the best marathoners in the country. Professor Maja Jovanovic: Sorry, Not Sorry; Stop Minimizing Yourself

Professor Maja Jovanovic: Sorry, Not Sorry; Stop Minimizing Yourself

Professor Maja is on a mission to stop you apologizing. Most apologies we make are unnecessary and degrading, and they make us appear unconfident and even weak. If you find yourself saying "sorry" all the time, this episode will truly change your entire outlook. It certainly did for me. If you struggle with confidence and belief in yourself, time to listen up.

Molly Seidel: Achieve Your Goals By Letting Go Of Them

Molly Seidel finished second in the 2020 US Olympic marathon trials, beating a lot of very experienced, very talented runners. Molly and I do discuss her breathtaking debut marathon, but we go beyond the performances and good races to talk about some of the other parts of her journey that have led to his moment. This episode will show you Molly's story in a way you have not seen anywhere else, and I can't wait to see what she has in the future with her wise attitude towards racing.

Great for all running levels!

Tina and her guests provide useful advice that doesn’t just apply to front-of-the-pack runners, but runners of all experience levels, ages, and speeds! Every guest (including professional coaches, doctors, elite athletes, biomechanics experts) she invites brings a knowledgeable perspective to a variety of running-related topics. Despite being a former pro-athlete, Tina certainly keeps it “real” and reminds us that regardless of skill level, all of us runners share the same drive and passion for our sport.

Tina is the best

I’m so glad I found this show! It had never occurred to me as a runner to search out podcasts about running, but this had been a wonderful addition to my running journey; I’ve learned a ton and gotten a lot of motivation and confidence from listening to all the stories and tips. Tina has an infectious positivity that one is powerless to resist, and she’s also very admirable for her willingness to talk about her lost personal trials with running. She’s a great interviewer, and very funny, and the guests always respond to her. I have a lot of catching up to do but I’m very excited to see what’s in store!
