Been listening for a year now on and off.
Most topics are enjoyable and really help to get me through my runs.

Sometimes I have to stop and take a mental note of something because I want to remember it after the run.

Enjoy the down to earth honest discussions on topics and how the discussion doesn’t always go the way it was planned.

Enjoy both Kerri and Serena discussing topics and really showing sincere interest.

The Running Lifestyle Show

Kari and all her guests are always a nice way to balance the week. I really enjoyed Episode 217. My dream was fulfilled. You were able to interview Deena Kastor. Olympic/US record holder in the Marathon. Such a delight to hear her goals and how much she enjoys “everyday” runners. Thanks much for the interview.
