An inspirational podcast

I thought it would be fun to listen to the podcast during my morning work out. I started with the first one (10 mins), then the second one. This morning I went joking with Ep3 and honestly was such inspirational thoughts sharing from Sarah. I'm eager to listen to the next episodes, and I may join one of them, sharing how it's impacted me to rediscover my thoughts. Thank you!
