Life changing!

I was suicidal a year ago when I started to listen to this podcast regularly. And it’s amazing how much just listening to Lewis and his guests pulled me out of my rut. I’m currently back to a good place in my life where I am genuinely happy. I have this podcast to thank, and I continue to listen to all current and past episodes to help me get through my day to day life!

The Sum of the 5 people

Lewis-

The saying goes that we are the Sum of the 5 people we surround ourselves with.

You don’t know it but you’re one of the 5 people I keep in my professional circle. I really enjoy this podcast on my road trips and when I’m in need of some inspirational conversation.

Love this podcast and the underlying message of all of the interviewees, and the host, Lewis Howes. Cannot recommend this podcast highly enough.

Questionable Credibility

Today’s episode on “The Secret” may be the episode which causes me to stop listening. To publish today’s content with the story of Masaru Emoto and his pseudoscience held up as proof of anything without being questioned or addressed by the host, while holding the person delivering such drivel up as an authority on the power of positivity has created a loss of credibility.
