    Adam has been working in attachment for most of his professional career, long before people knew what attachment was.  Adam "fixed" his own anxious style on his own which that led him to a lifelong desire to understand how humans connect and why they get broken.  Adam got his MA in psych under professors who worked int he field for decades.  He has trained other professionals on attachment, written books, courses, and now runs his own online brand.  Check out his links below to see what he's offering.

Love this show!

I love how Dr Gina shares her own knowledge and perspective on the interview topic before we hear the interview. It helps me get more out of the episode. And the hotseat episodes are such a great way to inspire me to go within. I find myself thinking about the questions she asks long after I listen to the show!
