Justin is one of the few people in this business that is doing what’s he coaching and doing it at a very high level. This podcast is packed with valuable content because Justin is an extremely sharp investor operating at a very high level. If you want to learn the business or scale your existing business this is the podcast for you. Great job Justin!❤️❤️❤️

I have watched 10+ of Justin colby’s podcasts I think there is some good information and just an interview some great guests. However, I spoke with Justin Colby and signed up for the Science Of Flipping program In July 2023. I paid the $x,xxx deposit and I have not downloaded or opened anything on the program other than the introductory video. I decided this program was not for me after further reviewing justin colbys podcast interviews and social media etc. He would not allow me to cancel even though I have not done an onboarding call, downloaded any content, or watched any content other than the intro video. After requesting to cancel, he asked me to call him. We just spoke on the phone and he has decided to keep the $x,xxx and referenced the legal contract as the reasoning behind it. (even though on text he stated he would refund it) I do not recommend this program and recommend looking further into justin colbys program reviews/ experience/ etc.

Great podcast. So much useful info for a perfect short listen. Highly recommend.
