S1: The Secret Life of Niagara Falls
We dive into one of Canada’s most-visited tourist destinations—and self-professed honeymoon capital of the world—Niagara Falls, Ontario. First, we explore the falls’ geological formation and how they were divided between Canada and the United States. Next, the ways people have tried to make a buck off this natural wonder: from industrial polluters to daredevils in barrels to the wax museums of Clifton Hill. We also find out why the Maid of the Mist “legend” is so problematic.

Simply the beat podcast
The first podcast I’ve ever been completely taken by. I appreciate the realness of the hosts. I have learned so much. Excellent podcast. As long as its on, I will be tuning in. And I’m from the states. It’s that good.
Disappointed
Such potential-but the giggling and adolescent behavior of the 2 women hosts ruined the content. That said, I did listen to an older episode. I’ll try a later one and see if there was any improvement. If not, I’ll Unsubscribe,
Bad history by biased women
The Neutral Indians were ethnically cleansed by the Iroquois Nation. You are horrible at recognizing how indigenous people killed and exploited each other. Your narrative is that European bad, native good. Yes other cultures led the the downfall of Indians, but you also need to recognize that Indians killed each other and enslaved each other just like everybody else did.
Myopia is not good history.
