Leadership Lesson from a Legacy

Great interview with Tom Ziglar! We always assume the Apple won’t fall far from the tree but even if it doesn’t it’s a completely new Apple and with completely different seeds than the original one that the tree came from! Same genetics but a whole new formation, so allow the new tree to take its own shape, build its own roots and create its own shade. Don’t expect it to be exactly like the other. It will find its perfect use of all its potential and be its own great and might oak!

Just thoughts that came to mind listening to Tom! Proud son of Zig Ziglar!!
