Content Good / Format Poor

It was stressful to listen to because the host was rushing the guest. The guest kept saying "not sure I can get into that because of the time," which accentuated that speed was the goal. Content is really good, but let it flow out naturally, even if that means you don't get to all the questions on the list.

Highly informative

I run and manage a portfolio of STRs, Jason’s podcast is highly informative and it’s clear that Jason is an experienced real estate guru. Subscribe!

Not great if you aren’t living in 2018

I’m not really sure this is still a podcast that’s about STRs or if it’s just a long, boring commercial for some guy who made some money in real estate at some point to get people to make him money via his “consulting” business or whatever it was I just wasted my time listening to.
