A must listen!

I have been listening to this podcast for about a year now. I have been a casual lifter my whole life. At 34 years old, I still like learn new ways to enhance my training, stay motivated, and live an overall healthy lifestyle. I am a lawyer by trade, not a doctor or dietitian, so I appreciate Chris’s ability to explain the nuances of each topic in a way that anyone can understand, regardless of fitness experience or background. Even when Chris says something that is in conflict with other advice or explanations given by other experts, I am confident that anything Chris says should be taken at face value and I take that as a sign that this is a topic that I should dive into more myself. I look forward to listening to the podcast whenever a new episode airs. It’s a great way to unwind after a long day at work or any gym session. I always feel a bit lighter on my feet after listening to an episode.
