So much fun!
The cast is funny and gets so into their characters that it makes for a great experience from start to finish! Well worth a listen!
So much fun and great RP
The Side Quest Inn gets me into trouble with my wife
Let me explain…
I frequently listen to podcasts for 20-30 min before going to sleep. This great team creates lol moments all the time. Do you know how hard it is to stifle a true LOL! to not disturb your spouse? Every once in a while I fail my roll and wake her up. It’s worth it.
I started listening because a few months ago I began GMing the War for the Crown adventure path and wanted to see how another group faired. I got immediately immersed with this group. The RP is strong and compelling. In addition to the laughs I teared up more than once. I also learned from Toby’s excellent GMing.
Thanks a ton for all the time you put into the podcast.
Hilarious and Podcast Vibes are Fun and Casual
Listening to their War For the Crown play-through and the group is hilarious! Audio quality is excellent. There is use of ambience and sound effects. I particularly enjoyed the fact it is as if the players provide their own laugh track to their antics, they genuinely find each other so funny. Very fun podcast.
The players also do use some accents but stay with voices they are comfortable with and it doesn’t come off as over the top. Vibe is very close to groups I play with IRL and look forward to new episodes!
