Silver Bullet Podcast #014 (it's not time to throw in the towel)

Silver Bullet Podcast #014 (it's not time to throw in the towel)

We are 3/4 through 2020 and if you're like most people, the thought of taking it easy and refocusing once 2021 gets here has probably crossed your mind more than once. Consider this a pep talk episode. Just because the holidays are coming doesn't mean that all hope is lost. But you need to identify the challenges before they get here. This means having conversations prior to engagements, establishing and redefining your current goals, and relaying those goals to the people you will be in most contact with when they holidays arrive. From November to January 1, studies show that this period of time is the catalyst for body fat gain and overall weight increase. James and Colton cover some aspects of handling the holidays and how you can maneuver your actions, and your mind, into a position that will allow you to be successful. This may not be the information you want to hear, but it might just be what you NEED to hear.
