Ep 453 Italian Express
No, this week's podcast is not about that new pizza place in the mall, it's about the abomination that Moots just gave us. It's about the week of amazing Italian races we are about to enjoy and staircases, lots of staircases.

Old Worlds
Gather around dear listeners and let us take you back to simpler times. Back when grand tours started in daylight. Back before we were Remco fans. Back mostly before Tim and Matt had gotten their potatoes but after we'd seen cycleball. Glasgow worlds

Customer Reviews
Happy to see you back!
Was getting a bit worried there, given that there was such a long time without a pod. It’s funny — even though I’m no kind of racer, truly not even any kind of rider except on my daughter’s old Raleigh attached to my Saris trainer, and don’t really understand most of what you are talking about (though learning), this is one of my favorite pods.
The only thing that I’ve got in common with you all is that in the mid or late 80s, a boyfriend who worked at SF’s Lincoln Cyclery gave me a rainbow painted Klein. Which LOL I rode on paths in Golden Gate Park and on the road up in far western Sonoma County.
Decades later when moving cross country, I gave it to my bike shop in exchange for boxing up the 2 family bikes and shipping them from Marin to NYC. It was in great condition and I liked them so I was aware that I was probably giving them a pretty good to maybe even great deal.
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ - Five pepper emojis for the spiciest cycling podcast around
I love this spicy podcast, with three spicy hosts delivering hot fire on a weekly basis. Mispronunciations, factual inaccuracies, and a pervasive undercurrent of unprofessionalism form the foundational bedrock of my favorite listen while riding my bike. I cannot emphasize enough how spicy this podcast is, and how deserving it is of five chili pepper emojis.
Long time rider
Short time listener, love to ride with a podcast and this show is my new go to. Great listen unless your a bus driver.
