Ep 479 The Power Of Crystals
It's a wild one this week with Littleguy checking in from Arkansas, and piloting a new Coaching Corner targeting the World Tour team boss market. Tim says the women's paris-Roubaix was not up to his expections. And, Spencer tried desperately to remember any punk rock songs from his highshcool era, as Tim drills him for info about the all new SRP Spotify Playlist.

Shoulda called it the squeaky wheel
More radio dramas! I do get all my best rumors here.
Happy to see you back!
Was getting a bit worried there, given that there was such a long time without a pod. It’s funny — even though I’m no kind of racer, truly not even any kind of rider except on my daughter’s old Raleigh attached to my Saris trainer, and don’t really understand most of what you are talking about (though learning), this is one of my favorite pods.
The only thing that I’ve got in common with you all is that in the mid or late 80s, a boyfriend who worked at SF’s Lincoln Cyclery gave me a rainbow painted Klein. Which LOL I rode on paths in Golden Gate Park and on the road up in far western Sonoma County.
Decades later when moving cross country, I gave it to my bike shop in exchange for boxing up the 2 family bikes and shipping them from Marin to NYC. It was in great condition and I liked them so I was aware that I was probably giving them a pretty good to maybe even great deal.
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ - Five pepper emojis for the spiciest cycling podcast around
I love this spicy podcast, with three spicy hosts delivering hot fire on a weekly basis. Mispronunciations, factual inaccuracies, and a pervasive undercurrent of unprofessionalism form the foundational bedrock of my favorite listen while riding my bike. I cannot emphasize enough how spicy this podcast is, and how deserving it is of five chili pepper emojis.
