Such a balanced podcast

Anna’s podcast is a great source for moms from all over the world about tools, tricks, and all related with motherhood.

The Slowolution Podcast is such an amazing gem! If you listen to it, you’ll find it’s full of golden nuggets of wisdom, insight, encouragement and empowering truths to help any mom get and stay healthy.
Anna (having amazing life experience herself!) chooses to interview people who have incredible skills and asks questions in such a way that makes anyone feel like they’re sitting in the room with her, having a heartwarming chat while sipping their favorite cup of tea.

I would recommend this podcast to anyone but especially to women wanting to prioritize their health while getting the support they need!
