Tip from Danielle: be responsive to candidates - PURE GOLD

Loved the episode about hiring 5-star employees.

My biggest takeaway is to prioritize hiring and to respond quickly to candidates.

Having the right people on my team is crucial. If I can’t prioritize recruiting them, who will?

5 Star Employee Traits

Episode 65 with guest Danielle Mulvey gave some great tips on finding and keeping quality employees. Her point of how noticing the listening skills of a candidate in the interview process will provide an insight in what kind of employee they will be. A 5 star employee has to have good listening skills.

Setting Clear Expectations during Recruiting

After listening to your guest in episode 65 (Danielle)I realized I probably am not very clear in my job descriptions. I tend to use generic templates I grab from the internet and they sound like every other business out there. Setting clearer expectations would probably save me a lot of time in dealing with applications/interviews. I need someone to help set my job descriptions apart so I can attract the best people. I lack a bit of creativity and will reach out to her company to find out how they can help.
